The hotel location worked well, I could easily walk to many attractions and public transport hubs. The room had good mood lighting, I appreciated the custom options. I also liked that the staff was friendly. They swiftly resolved a TV issue and moved us to another room.

The room lacked tea-making facilities. I had to go to the restaurant and pay for a cup. This felt inconvenient, especially since I enjoy having tea in my room.

i found the location very convenient, just a short walk from victoria station. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i appreciated the free luggage storage since i arrived early. the check-in process was quick using the terminal.

the room was smaller than i expected, and maneuvering around luggage was a bit challenging.

the location is great. i accessed victoria station easily, it is just across the street. the room control via ipad was very convenient. i liked the big bed and good shower too.

the room was really narrow, so there was little space to store clothes or gifts.
